Ocupacion LLC is a veteran-owned prime contractor based in Kannapolis, North Carolina. We pursue government contracts directly and we build the government contracting department inside established trade and service businesses so they can pursue government work with the same infrastructure and discipline we use ourselves.

Ocupacion coordinates subcontractors, field teams, and service work to ensure contracts are performed on time and to specification. As a prime contractor we take responsibility for the full contract lifecycle from opportunity identification through award, delivery, and past performance documentation.

Through Full Integration, Ocupacion also builds this same government contracting infrastructure inside established trade and service businesses. We install the systems, SOPs, proposal templates, pipeline management, and pricing processes that allow a business to pursue government work as a repeatable function not a side project.

Bobby founded Ocupacion LLC to bring military-grade discipline and structured project management to government contracting and small business operations. With a background in asset management, vendor coordination, and program leadership, he built Ocupacion around one principle: a business that can't operate can't win and if it wins, it can't deliver.

Bobby is a service-disabled veteran with experience managing accountability for more than $10 million in equipment and materials. He led the PMI Carolina PMP Study Group for military members, veterans, and spouses, and served as prime contractor supporting the West Virginia Army National Guard in APFU unit apparel production delivering ahead of schedule.
