When we identify an opportunity in janitorial, transportation, grounds, or an adjacent sector, we issue RFQs to our Legendary List first. Pre-qualified subs get the call before anyone else. Consistently strong performers get the call on every contract in their trade.

Contract Opportunity Hits
Ocupacion identifies a government contract in your trade. We run our bid/no-bid analysis and decide to pursue. Your name is on the RFQ list before we even start building the proposal.

RFQ Issued — 48-Hour Response
We issue you a detailed RFQ with scope, location, timeline, and documentation requirements. You have 48 hours to respond with your quote. Fast response is a key performance metric on the list.

What We Require

The Legendary List Has a Standard.

We pre-qualify every sub before they go into the database. This is not a formality — it protects the quality of every contract Ocupacion delivers to government agencies. Our reputation is on every project. Your work is Ocupacion's work.

Government contracts require higher standards than typical commercial work — public work sites, strict documentation, performance-based standards, and agency oversight. The Legendary List is for companies that are ready to operate at that level.

  • Active business license in your trade and state
  • Commercial General Liability — minimum $1,000,000
  • Trade-specific licensing where required (ISA, electrical, plumbing, CDL, etc.)
  • Auto liability — minimum $1,000,000 if applicable
  • Workers Compensation coverage or valid exemption
  • W-9 on file with Ocupacion prior to any contract
  • Documented service area (city, county, region, or state)
  • Minimum crew capacity for government-scale work
  • Ability to respond to RFQs within 48 hours
  • Verifiable past work in your trade
  • Ability to list Ocupacion LLC as additional insured when required
